More than 350 experts of the real estate market, development and investments gathered on forth conference organized by Adam Smith Institute. Summit program hardly fitted in four hot days and seemed to nibble at the all topical themes this year.
Event began from special issue-related day that was devoted to investment in developing and constructing in Russia. A lot of attention was paid to the strategy of the real estate sector development in regions. Practical sessions on entertaining centers, offices and business-parks, trade and hotel real estate, warehouses and housing presented deep analysis and trends from market leaders. Moreover, interactive discussion “Moscow of the future” also became the one out of summit hits. This discussion united outstanding international and Russian architects, developers and state government representatives who shared its viewing upon the Russian capital in the future.
Unprecedented conference level was traditionally confirmed by the speakers’ status. Along with the first persons of the core Russian real estate market players with the reports were appeared. Among them was Vladimir Resin, first Moscow mayor deputy, architecture, building, developing and reconstructing complex chief; Dmitry Korobov, the chief of the interregional programs department; Valery Kazeikin, deputy of the expert committee of available housing market development and others.
In distinction from the last year colleagues from Comstar helped Gars Telecom to represent telecommunications sector for the real estate market.
