The issues Timur will be dealing with in the first place will include development and implementation of sales strategy, key partners and clients management, creating of a proactive sales team that would correspond to Gars Telecom’s status of leading carrier on the Moscow market of commercial real estate and its Talentocracy phylosophy.

The new Commercial Director has joined Gars Telecom in the beginning of 2017, having moved from the position of the Head of B2B Sales at VympelCom.

Timur has been working for commercial departments in the telecommunication field since 2000. He started his career path as Sales manager for Sovintel, subsequently becoming Head of Corporate Sales at Golden Telecom. Timur’s professional profile includes experience in sales of both mobile and fixed telecommunications, familiarity with Moscow B2B market together with strong leadership skills, results orientation, and coaching skills. All these quality helped Timur to reach outstanding heights throughout his tenure.
