Cnews Analytics has published a review of Russian telecom-market along with a national carriers rating by the 2010 result. Once again analysts revealed the efficiency of the strategy Gars Telecom adopted for the crisis period.

Gars Telecom is rated 8th in the list of the most fast-growing telecommunications companies according to CNews.

CNews Analytics points out that the average revenue growth of the 30 carriers — leaders of Russian telecommunications market — amounts 15,2% (Gars Telecom — 23,7%). At the same time the rate of recovery in the industry, despite the positive dynamics, in general did not meet the expectations. Moreover, less than half of the rated companies managed to reach such revenue growth that could compensate for the inflation and floating currency exchange rate.
