Award ceremony for the achievements in the field of internal communications took place in the framework of IV Russian Communication Directors Forum “Intraverse-2010”. Gars Telecom Talentocracy project became a laureate.

“InterComm-2010” was established by non-commercial partnership for internal corporate communications development (NCP ICCD) under the auspices of public services organizations, businesses, mass media and independent experts with the purpose of encouragement of the best corporate teams, implementing the most effective internal communications practices, as well as advancement of professional level of internal communications and corporate culture specialists of Russian and international companies.

The finalists of the Award became 25 projects of Citibank, Delta Credit, DHL Express, LG Electronics, Real, UPECO, Azbuka Vkusa, Belyi Veter Tsifrovoi, Gars Telecom, “Sochi 2014” Organizing Committee, Megafon (Povolzhsky office), Sibirskie seti, Tetra Pak, etc.

The prize-winners are:

• Nomination “Growth point” (internal communications for education and development) — Real Hypermarket with the project “Friendly service”;
• Nomination “Priority choice” (internal communications for HR-brand promotion) — Gars Telecom, project “Talentocracy”;
• Nomination “Power of Attraction” (internal communications for increasing motivation and loyalty) — Azbuka vkusa, project “Sales Experts”;
• Nomination “Common basis” (internal communications for unified information environment) — Sibirskie seti, internal portal www.sibset-team.ru;
• Nomination “Different view” (projects standing out of abovementioned nominations) — DHL Express, corporate volunteership program.

Beyond practical meaning of the projects, the criteria that defined the winners — their topicality, exactitude and logics of goals and tasks, uses of innovative solutions, originality of authors concepts and professionalism of practical recommendations for solving concrete internal communications problems.

InterComm-2010 Board of Experts consists of recognized specialists in the field of internal communications: Anna Nesmeeva, General director of non-commercial Partnership for internal corporate communications development (NCP ICCD), Marina Gorkina, independent consultant, advisor of “Marina Gorkina School project”, Michael Umarov, General director of Comunica agency, Dmitry Falaleev, Vice editor-in-chef of “Harvard Business Review Russia” magazine, Veronika Yarnykh, General director of “Center of managerial competences”, Evgeny Grigoriev, Marketing and development director of publishing house “MediaLine”.
