The one-of-a kind award in ICT industry has summed up the outgoing year. The group of companies Gars Telecom won a prize of ComNews Awards 2013 in a special nomination “Leader in customer service composition”.

Obtaining the ponderous prize from the hands of co-founder of the Customer Loyalty and Customer-centricity Association “KLIK” Elena Naumchik, the CEO of Gars Telecom Pavel Gorenkov noticed that being a personal telecommunications Management company for big and medium corporate business since its first days, the customer service has always been a key concept for Gars Telecom, a kind of a religion. “Too often our ideas and approaches have been out of tune with the standards of the Russian telecommunications industry. But today we are glad that for all these years we were going against the grain, because only 10 years ago the standards of customer service didn’t really exist yet. And the fact that there is such a nomination now is an evidence of a certain maturity of the market. It seems to me that this award is not even so much to Gars Telecom, as to the entire telecom community”.
