In the rating of “The largest telecom-companies of Russia” prepared by Cnews Analitcs (CAN) powered by Ministry of RF for information technologies and communications, Gars Telecom by the results of 2003 with the 111 976 thousand rubles revenues is on the 30th position. But in the 1H 2004 the turnover was 93 412 thousand rubles that allowed Gars Telecom passing 10 points and placing on the 20th position in the list of largest telecommunication companies of Russia. Totally for the 1H 2004 Gars Telecom turnover was 83,4% of the previous year revenues. At the same time the average index of the telecom-companies concluded into the CNA ratings in 2003 year and the 1H of 2004 was not higher than 60%.
