Long-distance calls within Russia

To make a long-distance call to another city*:

• Having heard continuous signal, type «8» (regional code);
  
• Enter the city code;
  
• Enter the phone number.
  

For example, to call to Novosibirsk, you should enter 8-383-ХХХ-ХХ-ХХ, there
8 — country code;
383 — city code of Novosibirsk;
ХХХ-ХХ-ХХ — telephone number.

*Gars Telecom’s feature allows automatically access to local operator without waiting for a signal after «8» dial.
